When will I get my order?
Generally, within 2 weeks after placing your order, depending on the size of your order and availability of the item you've ordered in our stock. Please contact us if you need it by a certain date and we will make every effort to accomodate your request.

Why does it take so long?
We hand dye each item ourselves to guarantee consistant quality and it also depends on our schedule. Please email or call us if you have specific time requirements. Of course if we have it already dyed and in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days.

What if I need to cancel my order?
If you cancel it before it ships, there will be a 20% restocking fee, if we've already begun processing your order, deducted from your refund. If you cancel after it ships, upon its return to us, we will refund your payment for the goods, less 20% plus the shipping and handling fees.

What kind of dyes do you use?
We use Procion MX Fiber Reactive Dyes. Professional Dyes that, through the process we use, become one with the fiber and will NEVER wash out of your clothing. If you follow the instructions in "Care and Feeding", they will look as bright and beautiful as the day you receive them, for years to come.

What if it doesn't fit when I receive it?
As long as it is returned to us in new unworn condition (other than trying it on), we will gladly exchange it for the correct size. We are very proud of the work we do and want you to be happy with your purchase.
